Entrepreneurship training programs benefit individuals by providing skills, fostering confidence, and creating self-reliance, while for communities, they lead to economic growth, job creation, reduced rural-urban migration, better utilization of local resources, diversification of the economy, and improved quality of life. These programs also support broader objectives like sustainable development, social inclusion, and regional balance by building local capacity and encouraging innovation.
